Asset registers
Structured records created from site surveys, existing information and physical asset verification.
Facilities management technology & consultancy

Built around the building
Kaldreniq brings the physical building and its facilities information together. Each asset is connected to its client, building, floor and room, creating a record that teams can find and use when work is required.
Where reliable records do not exist, we can survey the site and build the structure from the ground up. Where records already exist, we organise and verify them before implementation.

Structured records created from site surveys, existing information and physical asset verification.
Direct access to the correct room or equipment record at the location where work takes place.
Servicing based on industry standards or manufacturer recommendations, with history and evidence attached.
Clear operational information and professional monthly reporting for clients and management teams.
Information at the point of work
QR codes can connect staff and authorised servicing companies directly to the relevant information. Verified contractors can enter service details themselves, avoiding the need for the client team to re-enter completed work manually.
For schools and busy estates, room help points can also provide a simple way to report an urgent facilities fault with the location already identified.
Maintenance and reporting Room help points support facilities fault reporting and do not replace emergency services, alarm systems or life-safety procedures.
Implementation
A client may begin with HVAC and add electrical, plumbing, fire and life-safety systems later. The recommended route is for Kaldreniq to define the scope, build and verify the system, then hand it over as a working live site.
Clients who prefer to build their own records can also be trained and supported by Kaldreniq.
Our implementation approach
Founded from facilities experience
Kaldreniq was founded by Kevin Sewell to give facilities teams clearer information, stronger control of maintenance activity and records they can confidently report.
