About Kaldreniq

Facilities knowledge,
made clearer.

Kaldreniq combines practical facilities experience with structured digital records—helping organisations understand what they have, where it is, and what needs attention.

Better decisions begin with dependable information.

Facilities teams are often expected to manage complex buildings using information spread across spreadsheets, folders, service reports and individual knowledge.

Kaldreniq is being developed to bring that information together in a clear, location-based structure. Each building, room, asset, inspection and maintenance record can be understood as part of one connected facilities picture.

Technology should make facilities information easier to use—not add another layer of complexity.

Facilities Management Professional

Created from practical experience of managing buildings.

Kaldreniq was founded by Kevin Sewell from a straightforward belief: facilities teams should be able to trust their building information and use it without unnecessary complexity.

Through practical facilities management experience, Kevin has seen how important records can become fragmented across spreadsheets, service reports, folders and individual knowledge. Kaldreniq brings those records into one clear structure—connecting buildings, rooms, assets, inspections and maintenance activity.

“My vision is to give facilities teams a clearer understanding of their buildings, stronger control of maintenance activity and professional information they can confidently report.”

The aim is not simply to provide software. It is to combine technology, site knowledge and practical implementation so each client receives a system that reflects the way its facilities actually operate.

Built for a practical facilities environment.

Kaldreniq is a facilities management technology and consultancy initiative planned to operate commercially through TAG Group, subject to formal agreement.

Its purpose is to support organisations that need greater confidence in their asset information, planned maintenance records and monthly facilities reporting.

Kaldreniq is not presented as a separately registered company.
